Shipping

  • We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers.

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Processing time is 1-3 days for non custom items. 

  • Custom made items/Tracksuits processing time is 3 weeks.

  • Shipping time is 3-5 days. Please note that orders to US destinations MAY take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out (not necessarily from the date that it is placed) depending on the final destination of the order.

  • Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

  • Pick-ups available in New Haven, CT

Payments

For online purchases, Keke Mary Styles accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover

  • Accepted Debit Cards:  Visa & MasterCard

  • PayPal

Clothing care

  • Machine cold wash

  • Gentle cycle

  • Wash with like clothing

  • Mild detergent 

  • Tumble dry low

  • Cool iron if needed

  • Do not iron decoration

Returns

  • No returns on sale and marked down priced items

  • Returns will be refunded via store credit ONLY(if applicable).

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

  • No returns on custom-made orders or made to order items(tracksuits).

  • To be eligible for an exchange all items must be returned within 5 days. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

Out of Stock Items

  • If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
